A few days ago I posted a complaint about PnP and the service I received from a staff member, yes these thing do happen or we would be living in a perfect world. I am delighted to report that the management team Abdullah Regal and his team took accountability and the necessary actions to resolved my complaint. As customers we like to be valued and this what I experience when visiting the store again. In business things go wrong, but its always great to know that customer service and quality is still paramount to PnP.

Once again, I would like to thank the team, now I become your ambassador and customer for life.
