TOTALSPORTS SHIRTS BEING SOLD AT FLEAMARKETS

AT Muizenbuerg flea market on Sunday 21st April saw Stormers rugby jerseys beind sold for R120 with Totalsports labels still attached with price tag of R699. When asked the traders where they get the stock from - they replied they buy in bulk and get a good price.
On phoning the area manager to query this, his attitude was one of they know about this and not much they can do about it!
As such a big company, you would think that they were at least a little concerned about this practice but they dont seem to perturbed about this.
Is this acceptable???
