Poor Customer Service and Follow Up

My previous report refers. I was promised that I would be contacted by the customer service department of @home but have not been contacted to date. I also submitted a complaint to the store manager Cindy and have had no response. I am very disappointed with the service I received and am very reluctant to purchase anything from the store in the future
