Efuse to exchange table with quality problem

I purchased a table from @home and after 3 weeks the paint started fading on the table. i contacted the manager Shiraz of Design Quarter @home branch who advised he will arrange for an exchange . i advised him that i want to return the table and he assured me we can do an exchange but should i experience the same problem with the second table they will do a refund to my account. The second table is now also fading and paint is peeling of and they sent out an assesor to check the table who now advised that they will not refund the table because it is not a quality issue. I refuse to pay for an item which clearly had quality issues from the beginning that is why it was exchanged before. i demand that they collect this unit and refund my account with the R2900.00 i paid for this table. Shiraz assured me that should i still not be happy with the table the will gladly refund and now he is going back on he's word. i will not make any further payments to this account until this is resolved and will return any debits made to my account.
