Pathetic service

My sister bought a fridge @your furniture store in April and she bought it cash @R14299.00 and she what was sold to her is a displayer, that had so many scratches yet she spent so much money @ur store whereas she could have gone to other stores to get a better service we then called the store and took the matter up and they promised they'd bring the new fridge and we waited for 2 weeks just last week we called again and we took food out of the frige to avoid taking a fridge that has ice back to the store and now our food got rotten is this the service one gets for paying cash really?
