I bought a few items from Furniture City Cresta last year in Septmber which also included a KIC fridge that is faulty. Two repairs have already been done on the unit and KIC's Tebogo gladly agreed to have the unit collected from my residence and I'll have to have the store in question to refund me as I mentioned to her that I don't want the brand in my house anymore. I spoke to the manager Christian who promised that since I want a refund that would be done once the fridge has been collected from my residence. To date I still have the fridge in my house and nobody wants to take an initiative and tell me when they'll come. I should have gone to a vacation in Cape Town from yesterday 13/05/2013 but cannot as I need to be there to open for them to take the fridge. I've been calling the Head office of the store as well as the store in question to have this resolved asap and the lady I've been dealing with, Matshidiso couldn't tell me who'll come and also when this will materialise. I'm livid and just want this issue sorted out as soon as possible as I'm being incovenienced as if I bought the fridge their money. I work too hard for my money and deserve a better service. Please help me
