Never seen such a happy face serving me in a whil

I went to East Gate branch to check status of my store card application and there was a a considerable qeueu as always but this time it was different and pleasant to be there because of this lady who went to all customers to ask them how she could assist while the lady at the till was still busy with a client. I told her why I was there and she suggested I call the new accounts dept instead of waiting in the qeueu, while I was on holding for them, i mistakenly dropped the handset and it made so much noise that she came back to me again to find out if I was okay and asked what had happened, all this happened while she had a big smile on her face too. this was the 3rd time I had gone to Woolies this month and all the time I was there the people who assisted me didn't seem to care and had sad faces all the time and i took note of that and when I was confronted with such a pleasant service from Mpume, I was taken by surprise and she even went further and explained how their products are distributed when I asked her why their new arrivals was not on the shelves or finished too quick. Dealing with her really made my day, she deserves a big pat on the back.
