Bad attitude and lack of customer service

I went to Woolworths Food in Columbine Square around 17:40. The store wasn't as busy as it would usually be around that time of the day which was a relief for me as I was tired and needed to get home and prepare supper.
Mandisa just had to spoil what was a pleasant experience of grocery shopping by scanning my items without swiping my woolies reward card.
She asked if I had a card and I said yes then I continued taking my groceries out a basket placing them on her counter. Upon me producing the card she got upset and said 'I asked if you HAVE a CARD and YOU said NO. I CAN'T USE it now coz I'm done and CANNOT CANCEL what I've processed'. I suppose she forgot that I was PAYING. I didn't want to argue with her and waste my precious time education her about Customer Service.
I therefore would like offer her an opportunity to know what and who I was at the time when I arrived at her counter:
