I was never so embarresed as i was on Tuesday. I wanted to buy a few things on my Woolies account. The lady who helped me (forgot to take her name) was really helpful. She was trying by all means to help me but the SYSTEM was not updated. Please Woolies for a company like yours to be so outdated is really shocking. I went over my limit and wanted to add extra on my purchase. The lady explained to me that she will still have to take something out as i didnt have enough money on me. Only getting payed on the last day of the month. Anyway the desk lady void the purchase so that the teller could add the outstanding amount. When the poor lady tried to add my purchase it was not going through as the account showed 00.The lady said to me that the account will only update my details in a whil as customer service will have to call head office. I was already embarresed by then and told her to leave everything. I walked away and was really asking myself how something like this is possible.i mean even small stores can reverse a purchase and you can buy the same time.

Im unhappy about it and hope Woolworths will upgrade in the near future that something like this never happens again.
