I have been having problems with your office and Markhams Tygervalley to activate a debit order to my account since mid last year. On two occasions i visited Tygervalley Markhams and they on both occasions gave me a form to complete and said will a sms once it has been processed. I was working overseas at the time on a contract basis, so on every return i mail/letters from your financial services stating i am in arrears, which of course i was after being abroad for 4-5 months and the debit order never been processed nor activated, never received an sms, email or letter mentioning anything about the debit order.

So this year i tried again when i returned in February, i spoke to Tanya at customer services and she emailed me the application once again, which i completed and as expected it was never processed. Please see email below and attachment.

this is distasteful and highly unprofessional for a service provider to provide a consumer with this 'I don't care' attitude.

I would like to know what the group or the customer services department has to say and what excuse will be made. You are welcome, actually urged to call me to resolve this matter.
