As a loyal and regular consumer to Mr Price I was distorted by the service I received at Mr Price Sport Maponya Mall.
On the 10th of November 2013 while shopping I requested assists from a sale consultant named Lebo (who was training on the tread mill) who just pointed me in the other direction and walked away (Ha real consumer service she had). I purchased a few items and after arriving home discovered that one of the items were not place in the packet (this was because the item was used to look for a price)
I only managed to return to the store on the 16th November 2013 to rectify the matter, I was assisted by a cashier named Maureen (who was very helpful after I explained what had happened) and she phoned her store manager to resolve the matter.
While I was waiting I lean on the counter and the screen cracked,
Maureen the cashier reported the cracked screen to the supervisor Honey, who phoned area manager Angie to report the second cracked screen, (who was blamed for my MISTAKE)
As I was standing waiting for Honey, LEBO and Poppy commended (very unprofessionally) about how are they not going to going to cash up nor go home because of the cracked screen.
