Returns Query

On the 27th of march i bought a leather jacket, i wore the jacket 1.nc and when i wanted to wear it for the second tym i realised that the jacket was peeling so i took it back to the store where i was told by Kenneth dat they cannot credit it back, then i asked them to do a returns query which I'm not sure they did coz they
Phoned me to tel m that the area manager rejected it and said it had been worn, i fail to understand if this means the query was done or not and what me off worse is that when i call their call centre i'm being sentfrom pillar to post. If this was something washable i would u understand but now de report i got back from the store is unsatisfactory for me.
