Paid but no delivery received and no response

I placed an order for an original Ubba Bubba wrap and made payment via eft. The delivery period was supposed to be 14 working days. I emailed after 4 weeks (the order was placed before the Easter public holidays so i gave extra time for any delays) having receiving nothing in the post. After a further 7 days I still hasn't received the wrap or a response to the email so I have mailed again (yesterday) and I'm still waiting for a reply. There is also no contact details except for a single email address on their website.
