I placed an order for a ubbabubba Infinity Wrap on 27 May 2013 and paid for it as well. I have been trying to contact the supplier, Michelle Mortimer, since 13 June via Telephone, SMS, WhatsApp and email, but she does not respond to any of my messages. I saw similar complaints on, which indicates a track record with this supplier. I do not want to wait 5 months to receive the product like a previous complainant, as by then the product will be of no use to me. I would like a refund and to warn other potential customers not to purchase online from ubbabubba (Michelle Mortimer).
