Ubba Bubba wrap ordered & paid for but NO delivery

I received a voucher for a 40% discount on an ubba bubba wrap from a friend.
I contacted michelle via the ubba bubba website [URL Removed] to order a wrap, which I did and then paid for immediately (R250). After three weeks I still had not heard anything. After multiple requests and emails with Michelle [Email Removed] and [Email Removed] she promised to overnight me a wrap twice, but I never did. She even asked me to go into the post office to ask them to look for the parcel, which I did but they would not look without a tracking number - michelle said she had written the tracking number down incorrectly.
She consistently breaks her word and does not deliver. She has now taken R250 from me and I have nothing to show for it - I feel like I have been robbed.
Do not order from ubbabubba and do not pay for your order - you will never receive it!
I am so disappointed at the lack of integrity of this woman and her company.
