Consultants mis-leading ppl

The ONE ONE CONSULTANTS called me for a really attractive offer for airtime, but I have not been able to make calls for the passed two days. The consultants do not tell you that there is a cancellation fee and a waiting period for cancellation. This is misleading and now i'm told even if a cancel it will take 30day, 30 days with out being able to make calls, this and i will be taking this further, i would rather pay legal fees than to be mis lead.
