Cannot cancel my contract call centre always busy

I just want to cancel my data contract with Telkom, but "all consultants" are busy, obviously busy ignoring phone calls, terrible service, they basically force you to not cancel because you cannot get through to these make believe consultants, I have been calling 4 days in a row, holding on for 15- 20 mintues at a stage
