False advertising

I purchased a silver mirror faced 4 door Kelvinator fridge in Dec 2012 from Makro, I opened the box after my December holiday and noticed something different, but thought nothing of it. Eventually, one afternoon when I went through pictures on my phone, I noticed the picture I took of the fridge before I purchased it showed that the mirror face was silver and not a dark tint like the one that was delivered to me. Also, the model in store on display had a rack for putting cold drink bottles in and mine didn't. the one "runner wheel" for the ice tray is already loose and the supposedly low noise fridge as explained to me is making a bigger racket then my KIC fridge I bought in 2006. When I went back to the store a few weeks ago to express my discontent, it was said to me that they supplied the "new" model instead of the previous one. But when I explained that I would like the previous model I was told that that previous model is discontinued and I would not be able to get it replaced. I was told that they could give me a credit on the purchase but that's it. A similar incident happened two years ago when I bought a flat screen TV from then and they also delivered the wrong model
