Charged for insurance that I did not take

I put up a complain here on Hellopeter regarding Edgars, they charged me for Financial Services " Family Provider Plan & Accident Plan " No one got back to me. I want all the charges reversed amounting R83-72. If the call centre people call to offer services like this ones and you tell them that you are not interested and the next thing you see on the statement you are charged. Someone needs to call me and sort out this mess.
