Absolutely poor service and EMPTY PROMISES

It has been 2 and a half weeks since i placed my order.
After numerous phone calls and absolute run arounds and excuses, my orders are STILL not being processed.
System errors are to blame, but no one there has the same story. Absolutely POOR SERVICE .

would expect more!!!
