Stop Harassing and threatening us

Hi, I've arrange a maternity leave 'bond holiday' for 4 months. it was agreed in June when I started my maternity leave. Agreement was for July to October. Since the 7th October my husband and I are receiving calls (rather threats) and tones of sms saying that we are overdue and should pay our bond immediately. First time I call, the credit department told me they have made a mistake I should start paying again on the 3rd of November. Despite this call, I continue to receive sms 3, 4 even 5 times a day. I call again today and I am told that the credit department agreed for 4 months but 'loaded" in their systems only 3 months... NOT MY PROBLEM!!! sort this out, TALK TO EACH OTHER and LEAVE ME ALONE, Stop Harassing and threatening us. Thank you.
