This is the first time I've had a bad online experience. I should have checked the emails, but I took for granted that what I ordered was actually ordered. For some reason a size UK5 Supra sneaker was ordered, and I'm a UK8. I was advised to try and sell it on Gumtree as they don't accept returns or refunds, but have been unsuccessful thus far. This policy seems grossly in violation of the National Consumer Protection Act (48.1.a.ii and 55.2.c as well as the section dealing with the purchase of a product that the consumer hasn't had sight of), but we're still investigating that.

All in all the process was easy enough, the lead time was very long in comparison to most online stores, but it's understandable if they're waiting for all orders before placing the order with the relevant supplier. The range of products are always good, but the after sales service. Sorry, but my belief is that a customer should always be happy with their purchase and not regret it.

Just disappointed that my purchase did not go according to plan as I was very excited.
