I ordered a book on the 25/02/13. About two weeks ago I called into the service centre informing them that the books has blank pages (meaning that there is no content on the pages). I called into the service centre again 6 days ago. No - one has contacted me from the courier service informing me that my book will be collected and replaced. My exam is in 3 weeks!! When will you finally decide on collecting my book? I cant believe this level of service. Doesnt anyone check the books in the first place before sending them to the client? I paid you in full!! Therefore when the courier service collects my book, please ensure that I am replaced with the same book immediately as I cannot wait until you decide to return the book I paid for in full!!!
