Rochester Home Decor
Manager Unwilling to sell furniture

Shops, Products, Services

Good Day
I went into the New store in Parview yesterday being the 13th. I bowsed the store and I then saw a coffee table and lamp tables that match. I then wanted to purchase the items. The salesman stopped me in order to obtain approval to sell the items.
The manager then "politely" told me that the items CANNOT be sold as it will "deprive" people from the public to see what is on the display floor. Now this is a extremely "" excuse NOT to exercise the slogan of "Customer is King".
If I required a different color or shape I think its fair to wait 6-8 Weeks
I cannot believe that a shop driven by sales targets and revenue has this attitude.

Any shop, car dealer ANY shop sells what they have and the main aim to pay the bills and generate revenue.

I am shocked and when I said I will rather then look elsewhere, the response was "fine do that"

As I stay in Woodhill the Luxury Estate across the road I will spread the word regarding this BAD service and associated Attitude.

I would like to hear the response from the Highest level regarding this situation of not making a cash sale of substantial value.

Best regards

Unhappy Prospective Client (cash customer)
