Accessorize
Useless service

I was at the Accessorize Tygervalley store to purchase a gift today, and not being the same age as the teenager I was shopping for, asked a sales assistant (I was later told her name is Vine) what she would recommend I buy, and whether there were any specials running. To say I was treated badly would be an understatement. Besides being generally uninformed of the products/specials available, she greeted me with a bad attitude, contempt, and an arrogant demeanour. I was forced to repeat what I was looking for twice as it seemed she was not paying attention when I spoke to her, and even then it was a drawn out affair of selecting what I could easily have gotten on my own.
I am bitterly disappointed as I have often shopped at Accessorize, but after today will NOT be returning as the staff employed have no regard for customer service, and seem both unable and unwilling to assist effectively.
