I ordered a 13 piece duvet and a blanket from Home Choice, I was supposed to pay it in 16 months both of them and they combined the installment which is R248 per months. After paying my first installment I call them and ask one of their customer services to do some calculations for me if I want to change it to 6 months, which she did and even told me I have to pay R394 for 6 months which is for Duvet and Blanket. On the 28 of November I did call Home Choice to make sure the amount that I have to pay, to my suprise they told me I have to pay R634 and I told the person who was helping me that I dont have that kind of money as one of their colleques told me is R394, its where I told him that please change it back to the 16 months because Colieta miscalculate it and its better if I continue paying R248 and Arrol did change it to 16 months, and I even ask to speak to the supervisor which I hold for more than 30 minutes, and I did call again explaining what happend and they told me they cant put me through to the supervisor what they can do is to give the number to somebody who will call me and they never call me, Am receiving calls from them saying that my account its on errears
