I'd give you a red card!

My son went to a school for kids with special needs and only recently at the age of 21, did we manage to find him some sheltered employment earning a monthly salary equal to what some people earn in a day. Edgars, in their wisdom saw it fit to open an account for him with a credit limit far in excess of what he is able to afford. In no time at all he managed to get himself into dire financial straits with this account. When I became aware of this I assisted him in drawing up a repayment plan (to which Edgars agreed) and to which he is now committed. What I find really upsetting is the way in which your call agents still keep on harassing him. To add insult to injury I have noticed that on his account he seems to be subscribed to every possible 'service' offered by Edgars. I want you to cancel all these add on's and refund the monies already deducted. Shame on you for taking advantage of someone like this!
