I purchased a Genesis Hydraulic Turbo Vac from Varimark on 28 November 2011, I have had ongoing problems with the machine since day 1. It was taken in for the first repair on 11 March 2012 (4 months) and was returned to me with a replaced motor about 1 month later it was returned because it had no suction power, it was then returned for repairs about 4 months later and they replaced the motor again, it was then returned for repairs for the 4th time, I demanded my money back, but they keep on saying they will send it in to have it checked out. In November 2012 it was returned for the 5th time, I made a huge fuss in the store as I am fed up, but once again they just explained that they have to send it away to have it checked. I received the mashine back without a replacement clip which they promised they will repair as it fell off and without my clip that holds the lead. It is now only 4 Months later and the mashine is broken again. I want my money back or I will get a attorney to handle the case and will hold the supplier liable for the expenses. I was promised that I could not buy a better mashine, but it's the worst buy I have made in my life, my previous vac was 18 years old.
