Poor Service

I went to Outdoor Warehouse (Somerset West) with a few friends to purchase some camping equipment for the Easter Weekend. After wondering around in the shop without assistance, I approached one of the male staff members (Nick) on the floor. He was quite irritable and very unfriendly on approach, which changed our mood to shop immediately. We asked him some questions regarding the various products we were interested in purchasing to which we got short irritated answers/explanations. This is simply poor customer service, bad attitude and poor product knowledge. We left the shop at the moment, and went to purchase camping equipment at another retailer.
We felt very unwelcome and won't be heading back to that branch soon, despite the friendly services received by the cashiers on a previous occasion.
