I wanted to purchase a Weber braai as a gift for my boyfriend and was keen on the One Touch Premium in grey. I called and emailed a few retailers that were not too helpful.

On Tuesday morning I emailed Quentin from Stax in Fourways crossing asking whether they had the grey unit in stock and what the retail price was. Quentin responded quickly and assured me that there was stock available and that it was listed at a cheaper price then the other stores I had contacted.

When I entered the store I was greeted and the sales gentleman (sorry I never got his name) immediately got me my grey Weber and stood with me at the counter until everything was finalised. Quentin had quoted me a price but when the item was rung up- it was at a price R100 higher. I didn't even have a chance to question this as the sales gentleman immediately got a supervisor who then authorised the R100 discount.

This is my first experience with Stax and I will definitely shop here in future.
