I got a call from a Hi-Fi Corp about my Hi-Finace account that is in arrears. The consultant called to ask me (with a bad attitude) why my account hadn't been paid. I explained the situation to him and he started shouting at me and talking to me in a very condencending manner cutting me off every chance he got. He then finally shouted something about me being a and said he's handing my account to the legal team without giving any further details. I then tried to call the contact centre to find out what was going on, I kept being sent from one department to another until I finally told a consultant to call me back. He promised to do that but to this day hasn't done that. I called again this morning to receive an account number to pay into but was given the run around with consultants tranfering me to and from departments for 15 minutes. This service is completely UNACCEPTABLE. You guys harass me day in and day out when you want me to pay, yet when I try to do exactly that, I cannot receive answers or decent/efficient service.

I am competely unimpressed with Hi-Fi Corporation service, it is SHOCKING to say the least!
