In January I called the call centre as I never received a statement from absa credit card. the consultant informed me that I am paying more than I should and my account is good. February I called again and I paid. april I receive a call that account is in arrears. I asked the consultant to prove to me where I missed a payment or where I under paid and no one gets back to me. the one consultant I spoke to previously told me that they are going to charge me if they should said statements and I confirmed that they could.
I just got off the phone with a consultant now. I told her I have over r300 on my account available how could my account be in arrears. she then told me to hold on she is calling her supervisor. I waited to long and ended the call as I am paying for it.
I need someone to tell me my instalments that should have been paid for the last 8 months so that I can compare it to what I have paid as I transferred from my account to credit card. all consultants I have spoken to never comes back.
ABSA has awesome service inside the bank but there service in the call centre.
