Engineer exceeds expectation

Myself and my fiance have appointed Fred Gwena as the engineer to our new dwelling and posted a complaint about him on hello peter but it all turns out to have been a misunderstanding between us and Fred. Since, we have been in communication with Fred, and he has exceeded expectation in delivering what was agreed. he has proven to be professional in his work and the recommendations that he makes to us regarding the structural integrity of our house.

Therefore, we would like to retract the complaint, as we have now been fully satified with the service delivery that we have received from Renowned Technical Services Consulting Engineers.
