I'm starting to think that no follow up on customer complaints is company policy.

Can Shaun, your customer service manager call me and explain why you are sending me a bill of 34rands after ou blacklisted me and could explain to me why.

I will spread the word in meantime while I wait for feedback of how disgusting aweful and your behind home choice.

By the way it's over 2 weeks and I'm waiting
