Manager does not call back to give feedback

And yess teh so called manager for CUSTOMER SERVICE AT HOMECHOICE, Shaun or that is if he is the real manager.

i made a complaint a month ago he said he will investigate into why i was blacklisted and never got back to me. and guess what HOMECHOICE has the nerve to send me a bill for R30.00 when i paid my account i even put in an extra R15 which i want back!!!

stop cheating me out of my HARD earned money. you even sent me two not one but two broken watches as gift and to add insult to the injury you blacklist me.

i seek and tired of your card and mouse games is it coz im a foriegner and you feel you are not obligated to answer my questions just rob me in day light???
