As per your below info, nothing is done. You are just, thanks, i am just paying this account without buying. I just want to finish off and forget about this bunch of daily robbers.

A formal complaint has been logged ref. 3101130130/GO and escalated to RMCS who deals with the airtime subscriptions to investigate this matter and for resolution to be met. A note has been placed on your account as well for cancellation to be done for the airtime subscription. Further correspondence will be made to you with resolution feedback.
