CUSTOMER COMPLAINT STILL NOT ADDRESSED!

I have previously written a report regarding Edcon and the OTA airtime subscription, only to find that my account has been credited with only two months worth of subscriptions instead of two years worth of subscriptions for airtime that I was paying for but not receiving. I have already spoken to a total of 5 people, and despite me trying to contact Managers and Team leaders of the call centers, I have been told that I will be contacted and this has not been the case. I am annoyed and frustrated at the fact that I have received only R264 when I have infact paid for airtime amounting to R1584 and I have not received the airtime. This is beyond a joke and disgusting to say the least. I shouldnt have to be running after such a company when it is infact you guys mess up if anything. I will not call in again and be put on hold by incompetent staff as well as people who cannot comprehend simple english.
