Paying for airtime i never recieved

I subscribed to an airtime subscription with Edcon in july 2013 i have been charged R70 Monthly for this subscription but i refuse to pay for something i never recieved and as of november 2013 i stopped paying a extra R70 and now i suffer the cost of interest which i have explained countless times on the phones to customer services agent who keep's telling me that they will get back to me on the matter. I expect someone with the proper authority to assist as i want all the airtime and interest to be removed! and to be unsubscribed to this riddiculous offer as this matter frustrates me when i think of how my payment profile is now suffering!!!
