Hi i bought a laptop and a printer from bradlows in 2007 then when i got it the printer did not work and after weeks of calling they keps saying they would collect eventually i called and told them to collect the items as i am not going to pay for faulty equiptment and now to my suprize im getting letters saying i owe them how can i owe them for things that were not in working condition and they have collected in as well and i have only heard about this now in 2013
