Cancellation of deal

In Oct 2012 I buy my self a bed. Ater a week I compain of a noice at the sellslady. Another 4 times of unsucessful of exchange I cancelled the deal and now House and Home want to pay me only the half of my payments back. I take to long to complain is the reason witch I feal is unfair and i didn't take the money they offer me. Please help me I can't loose R2500.
