The first incident relating to this complaint began when I took my HP printer in for repair about 3 wks ago. I had to pay R450.00 upfront to have the printer sent away. The quote was promised within 3 days. I had to follow up after a wk and it was eventually sent. The store assistant, Clametia, said it would take up to 21 days to repair, but promised to try to speed things up, at my request because of the prior delay. 2 days later she called to say I was being charged only half the original quote because of the delay/poor service.

I rushed in to pay Friday 24th January and was promised the printer would be ready in the store on Mon am, 27th.

When I heard nothing I popped in that Mon and was reassured it would be in store onTues, 28th.
Once again I heard nothing and went in to be told that Clametia was off. No sign of the printer.

Another attendant called the supplier who assured him that the it would be in store the next am, Wed. Finally I received the call to collect which I did on Wed. That evening when my husband wanted to install we discovered It was not ours. I called on Thurs to complain so it was arranged for technician to exchange at my work.3 weeks later I had my printe
