To deliver 19 days late!!!

Bought a couch. 1 couch, not 3 but one and I have to now wait another 19 days because they are just slow.

The completion date is set for 1 April. I have called 8x and the first excuse was Easter holidays. Eish.
Then er they will ask the factory and call me back. Today I had to tell them I'm going on Hello Peter and suddenly they call to say "ya well you should get it on the 19th"
They should give you R150 per day late discount on your order. This should get the fire started. What happened to SLA's and customer service. Give us your money and wait till we ready to give you what you want.

Then I ask to speak to a department head or director... we will give them your number because they all on lunch. Lunch? I have not even had breakfast!!!

We purchased the first couch and then was going to purchase the same one with the slouch... Don't know if it is worth it. Will probably get it in time for Christmas

Yes I am disgruntled... why? I have to wait. Spend money on calls which they don't refund. Spend my time calling, following up and writing this complaint... time is money and I have no idea who to send my bill to
