Dros not folowing SAB scratch card rules

Current SAB Castle scratchcard promotion on at Dros Centurion jean ave. After buying Castle draught the waiter refused to give me a scratch card. According to him his manager said a Castle Draught is not a lager and only applies to Castles bought in bottles. I clearly showed him the rules on the flyer where it stated that you can only get a scratch card when you buy a 500ml Castle Draught on TAP. According to him the REPS came around and told them that!!
