They sent my name to ITC with a false statement

Good day, I had an account with Joshua Doore & it was paid off in 2012. Now they sent my name to ITC saying my acc is in errears for 44 months, of which is not true. I'm nt happy about this, can you help me on this one urgently. When I phoned them querrying about this, they said they will clear my name in 21 days at ITC. I mean firstly they didn't even apologise about this, secondly 21 days is too long beacuse it's their fault & I'm angry to have a bad name at ITC for something that is not true. I need them to clear off this at ITC urgent as my bank need this urgent too. I also need a lette soon from them saying I ipaid off tehir account.

How can they send my name to ITC with FALSE statement, saying I'm in errears for 44 MONTHS, which is not true. HelloPeter can you please deal with them and also help on this. It is not right for a store to do such a thing it's very bad, I dont even consider to have an account with them again snce they did this. It's not nice to have a bad name at ITC for something you didn't do or aware of. I paid joshud doore's acc last year and was not in errears for 44 months as they are saying.
