Took money off my account and never received goods

Homemark took money off my account on the 04 February 2013 and till today i have not received the goods. When i phone them to tell them that they have to then send me my money back they have all tipes off stories. And every time Katy promises me that the manager will contact me to sort it out. It has been 34 working days now and have have not heard from them. The thing is they took my money and i never received the goods so it will just be fear to give me back my money.
