Disappointed and angry

Good day,

On the 30 May i wrote a complaint about the amount of R2004 that was deducted on my account i was assisted by Kate that was sorted. Today i requested my statement from the credit that on the 17 May the amount of R2708.95 was deducted by homemark on my account off which i told Lovemore that i I'm not interested in their buying points that he claimed that i won because somthing like this did happen again and i ended up paying R2004 that they claimed i won.

I dont want anything to do with homemark all i want from you is to pay back my money the way you deducted it and leave me in peace, by the time i wrote to you i thought that will be the last time this happens but it seems as if i will never hear the end of it.
