Efusing to update my itc records

Ive settle my het account in full on the 22/12/2012.which i have requested a paid up letter from them, they took there own time and very long to send me a settlement letter. January the 9th 2012 i eventually received my letter and was however greatfull only to get dissapointed again they promised me they were going to update my itc records ive spoken with several people who didnt sound much if they had a clue and blaimed it on their systems like any other institution.i widrawd several credit reports which cost me money and no updates as yet it littrely shows that i still owe them over R2000 on my reports.when is someone going to make a move now tobhave my stuff updated? im tired of the wait!!!
