ACCOUNT QUERY/ WHY AM I IN ARRERS WHEN I PAID???

I have a furniture and loan account with Joshua doore, i was in arrears in January and i was left with R1600 on the account (furniture), i then made an eft of R650 on the 05th of February 2013. I have received my statement yesterday saying that i havent been paying for 4 months and now the balance went up to R2000, what the is this because i paid. to make matters worse i tried calling them and i held on the line for the whole 45 minutes without an answer. PLEASE FIX MY ACCOUNT ASAP, I WILL NO LONGER COME OPEN ANY ACCOUNT AT ANY JDG SHOPS. THIS IS THE FIRST AND THE LAST IM BEING YOUR CUSTOMER.
