Lack of account response

Thanks to Mr Price i can't take out a new account as they have wrongly BLACKLISTED me and accused me of not paying my account when it was their fault that i have not been receiving the statements as i have requested it and informing me of my debt owed to them.

After correcting the account they still have a lack of correcting my status after all i was paying my account but not in full because I've not been informed about it.

Personally i think it was unnecessary to put me on a ITC list especially not informing me of my status before hand.

Hope this gets sorted as this is a major inconvenience to my life.
