9 Liters of Lumpy Milk

Hi, I would like to bring to your attention that I contacted your call center on 4 March 2013 to report a case of Ever Fresh Milk being lumpy way before expiry. I then contacted them again a few days later to report the same thing with another 3 liters I bought and received a 2nd reference number. I was assured to have feedback in the post within 5 to 7 working days. The batch was manufactured on 21.12.12 at 00:16

I contacted your call center on Thursday last week (regrettably did not write down the person's name), only to be told (in a rather rude manner), that it is not yet 7 - 14 working days and with all the public holidays, the correspondence has been delayed and she can see in the system that it has been sent off. I was rather surprised by her manner firstly, and secondly, pointed out that it has been over 20 working days already.

We are now heading into the second month and still no word from Parmalat. I must be honest, a bit disappointing from such a large company and I am still 9 liters of milk short.
